THE PROCESS

Each guitar that we receive is hand selected and goes through a series of quality checkpoints before it is listed for sale and sent. We take pride in making sure that each guitar is in tip top shape before shipment.

STEP ONE

As soon as a guitar/bass comes into the shop, it is inspected and played by Jack before it moves into inventory.

STEP TWO

Simon then takes the guitar/bass, clips the strings, disassembles it, inspects the components for authenticity, photographs the inside, and finally details the guitar/bass.

STEP THREE

If needed the guitar then goes to Jamie, our offsite Luthier, who does a third inspection, sets up and intonates the guitar. At this time he will also do any repair work or adjustment that is needed.

STEP FOUR

Every inch of the guitar is then photographed carefully by Scarlett. These photographs include the cases, and any other items included in the listing.

STEP FIVE

The guitar is then moved to a climate and humidity controlled room until it is sold. Upon completion of all of these steps the guitar is ready to be posted for sale.
