Fender MIJ 62 Reissue FotoFlame Stratocaster "Natural + Rosewood" (1994)

The alder body features a Foto Flame maple top. The Foto-flame maple neck features a 7.25-inch rosewood fingerboard with vintage frets. The whole guitar is finished is a gorgeous Natural. It has no visible cracks. The bodies on these Foto Flames are made from Alder with a Basswood cap which dent and crack easily, so you have to be careful with them! If you're looking to buy one and the auction or add says there are some small finish cracks, take note, as these cracks can be all the way down through the film into the wood. The flame is a photographic film that was designed most likely by Fuji. They really have a nice look. These are very rare and are very high-quality guitars.

These were made between later 1993 to early 1994. Like most Japanese made Fenders, this Strat Plays and sounds great. Top notch quality. The neck feels great and has nice action. The pickups offer a variety of tones, from a lo-fi garage to blues rock. It's a solid guitar in excellent Condition. No finish cracks but there is some minor impressions in places.  Comes in a Kinsman Black Hardshell case.

Fender Japan guitars have become favorites of many players looking for great quality at a great price. They have become more collectible in recent years. This Strat would be a nice addition to your arsenal.
