Here's a great American Standard Start in an awesome color. Made in the USA with good materials and attention to detail. The body is alder for good tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a 9.5 inch radius Rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets. A trio of American Standard single coils dish out big tone. A 2 point trem offers smooth whammy action while a set of sealed tuners keep it solid. This example sports a cool and fairly uncommon Pewter finish. It's also one of few Fenders of this era with an N1 serial number and a 1991 build date. A cool guitar from one of Fender's more interesting eras. A great Strat that's ready for the player!
This is a nice playing and sounding Strat. The neck is straight and the action is good. The pickups sound great and everything works as it should. Condition wise, this one is a solid guitar for a player or a not so fussy collector. In overall Excellent condition. The neck is pretty mint showing no finish checking (which is hard to come by these days). The body is also relatively clean with a few minor impressions and a touch of surface swirling from a plectrum. One of the nicer examples on the market at the moment. Comes in the original Fender molded case with some paperwork.
