We have to give credit to Gibson on this one. The Nitrous looks good, it feels good, it sounds good, and it even smells good. To our mind, this is somewhere between orange and red depending on the lighting. Cheap guitars simply do not smell as tasty as this. If you're bored with the 'burst of old-school LPs, perhaps the bright, muscle-car inspired finishes and more aggressive humbuckers of the Nitrous Les Paul Studio might tempt you into the Gibson fold? These were part of a limited run and quite hard to find in the UK.
All of the important Les Paul specs are here. Mahogany body with a maple top for big tone. One piece mahogany neck with a trapezoid inlayed Rosewood fingerboard. 490R and 498T humbuckers dish out big tone. A Stopbar tailpiece and Tuneomatic bridge team up with Grover style tuners for rock solid performance. The Vibrant Red Nitro finish is set off nicely by nickel plated hardware. A great looking guitar at an affordable price!
This is a nice feeling Les Paul with a meaty neck. Good action and tone. The pickups sound great and everything works as it should. shes seen some light play, but overall fairly clean with a few small impressions and a hint of surface/clearcoat swirling. A really nice used guitar. Comes in a Gibson Hardshell Case.
