The guitar is totally standard and in near mint condition. This particular 2014 Limited Edition Custom 24 comes complete with the famous MCT91 pickup system, a recessed Floyd rose tremolo and a flamed Maple Pattern Thin Neck. The rarity of this guitar, though, is down to the tremolo system and finish, an exquisite piece of Carved Flame Maple with a gloss Tortoise shell finish - enough to turn heads wherever you play it.
You’ll need to look very closely, in a good light, to detect any previous signs of use, so much so, that if it is not worthy of a 10 out of 10, as new tag, it is well worthy of a 9 out of 10. It is just about spotless with the exception of some extremely small impression's to the rear of the body in the clearcoat. Complete with the deluxe PRS case, plus appropriate swing tag, which confirms the 2014 date of birth, and the inclusion of a pattern thin neck profile. So all I need to do is - a) Add the weight at 8lbs and 5oz and b) To confirm that yes it has been on my bench, for a new set of 10’s along with a check up/set-up, so it is already to go, with an easy slick action, that responds to a light touch
This PRS plays and sounds Unbelievable! Definitely a keeper and one of the nicer ones of the bunch. The Thin-Patt neck feels great. There is no fret-wear/no fingerboard wear and the neck is straight. The pickups sound Awesome and all of the electronics work as they should. A great guitar i suspect that this was bought as an investment piece and rarely played. Comes in its original hard-shell case with a pile of case candy.
PRS guitars have become one of the most respected manufacturers in the world. Incredible quality and performance. This is a gorgeous example.
