TOM ANDERSON USA Drop Top Classic "Magenta + Maple" (1994)

TOM ANDERSON USA Drop Top Classic "Magenta + Maple" (1994)

£2,599.99Price

This superb Tom Anderson Drop Top Classic dates from 1994. It has a superb flamed maple top and is equipped with 3 Tom Anderson pickups (one double, two singles), 4 pickup selectors and an original Floyd Rose tremolo. It is in very good condition with some discreet signs of wear on the table and on the back. The neck is in excellent condition, with almost no fret wear.

The Drop Top Classic offers a very wide range of sounds thanks to its individual pickup selectors with three positions (in phase / off / out of phase). To simplify live use, the fourth selector allows you to select the bridge pickup, whatever the configuration of the other microphones. This Classic delivers superb typical strat tones, with a particularly rock bridge position, full of punch without being aggressive.

As you can see this example is very clean with just a hint of play-wear and what appears to be some slight colour fade up near the top horn. Structurally sound, set-up and ready to go. Original case included.
