Personal Thoughts:
This Mazoria Gold M-II is one of those ESP builds that shows exactly why their Japanese Original Series is held in such high regard. Neck-thru construction paired with an all-maple neck/fingerboard gives this guitar absurd clarity and attack — every note is laser-defined, even under heavy gain.
The EMG 66TW/57TW set is a killer choice here: modern, powerful, but with genuine versatility thanks to the push/pull coil-split modes. You can go from tight, articulate metal tones to surprisingly convincing single-coil textures without losing output or presence. The Thin U carve and 305mm radius make the entire neck feel fast, flat and effortless.
And the finish… Mazoria Gold is wild in person. Deep metallic glow, high-end boutique vibes, and perfectly matched with full gold hardware. It’s a statement piece, but also a total workhorse — exactly what an M-II should be.
