Showroom Appointment Terms & Conditions

To ensure every customer receives a relaxed and personalised experience, all visits to Squealing Pig Guitars are conducted by appointment only.

Please read the following terms before booking a viewing.
 

1. Appointment Booking

All showroom visits must be arranged in advance through our official booking system or by contacting us directly via email or telephone. Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Squealing Pig Guitars. Booking an appointment does not automatically reserve any guitars for purchase unless a deposit has been arranged.

2. Appointment Duration

All showroom appointments are scheduled in 1-hour time slots. This allows us to provide each customer with a dedicated one-to-one experience and ensures you have the time needed to properly view and try the instruments.
 

3. Opening Hours

Our viewing hours are:

Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00
Sunday: Closed
 

If you require an appointment outside of these hours, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

4. One-to-One Viewings

Appointments are conducted on a one-to-one basis, meaning only one customer appointment is scheduled at a time. You are welcome to bring up to two additional guests with you to your viewing.

5. Guitar Selection

When booking your appointment, please let us know which specific guitar(s) you wish to view. This allows us to prepare the instruments in advance so they are ready for your appointment.

6. Reservation of Instruments

Due to the high demand for our guitars, booking an appointment does not guarantee the availability of a specific instrument. If you wish to secure a guitar prior to your appointment, we recommend arranging a deposit. Deposits will be deducted from the final purchase price if you proceed with the purchase. Deposits are refundable if the appointment is attended and you decide not to proceed with the purchase.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of:

• A no-show appointment

• Cancellation less than 2 hours before the appointment
   

7. Photographic ID Requirement

Customers attending an appointment must present a valid form of photographic identification upon arrival.

Accepted forms include:

• Driving licence

• Passport
   

This helps ensure the security of our high-value instruments.

8. Appointment Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for showroom appointments. If you require a viewing sooner than this, please contact us directly and we will try to accommodate where possible.
