FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WHAT ARE PLATFORM FEES?

Depending on where your guitar sells, platform and payment processing fees of approximately 2–5% may apply, in addition to our 10% consignment fee.

Where possible, we factor these costs into the advertised asking price rather than deducting them from your agreed return. We also encourage direct enquiries to help minimise additional fees.

PLATFORM FEES

While we can estimate a selling timeframe based on previous sales, there's no guaranteed timescale. It largely depends on your guitar's condition, rarity, market demand and asking price.

We'll recommend a pricing strategy to suit your priorities, whether that's a quicker sale or achieving the best possible return.

To maximise exposure, we'll advertise your guitar on our website, Reverb and eBay, offer showroom viewings by appointment and promote it through our exclusive WhatsApp group.

Where appropriate, we'll also feature it on YouTube, social media and in our weekly newsletter. Our goal is to reach the right buyers and achieve the best possible outcome for you.

Unlike dealers who charge separately for individual services, our 10% consignment fee covers everything, including collection, shipping, setup, professional photography, advertising, buyer enquiries and insurance.

Our fee is only deducted once your guitar sells, so you can focus on achieving the right return while we take care of the rest.

PRICING

HOW DO YOU PRICE MY GUITAR?

With over a decade of experience buying and selling guitars, we know how to price them competitively.

We'll recommend an asking price based on rarity, market demand, condition, originality and included accessories, such as the original case or certificate of authenticity (COA).

We'll also provide an estimated return after applicable fees, so you know what to expect before committing.

The minimum amount you're willing to receive is your reserve price, which you'll specify in your consignment agreement.

COLLECTION/SHIPPING

Getting your guitar to us is simple and completely free.

Where possible, our in-house driver will collect your guitar directly. Otherwise, we'll provide a shipping box, protective packaging and a prepaid return label, all at no cost to you.

Whichever option applies, your guitar is fully insured in transit, giving you peace of mind with no collection or shipping charges.
