Shipping & Delivery
At Squealing Pig Guitars, we take great care to ensure every instrument is packaged securely and delivered safely to its new owner.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days once payment has been received and cleared. During busy periods, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer. We will keep you informed if this occurs.
2. Shipping Services
All guitars are shipped via reputable, fully tracked courier services. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress. All shipments are carefully packaged to minimise risk of movement or damage during transport.
3. Packaging
Each instrument is packaged using appropriate protective materials to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left our showroom.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are:

UK Mainland: 1–3 working days

International: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur with courier services.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, size, and value of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the instrument is faulty or significantly not as described.
6. International Orders
For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
7. Delivery Responsibility
Once an instrument has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, the courier assumes responsibility for the delivery. We will assist customers wherever possible in resolving any transit issues. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials so we can assist with a courier claim.
8. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Squealing Pig Guitars is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
9. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, or the recipient refuses to accept the parcel:

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item

Squealing Pig Guitars reserves the right to cancel the order if delivery cannot be completed
10. Returns After Delivery
Guitars are pre-owned and must be returned in the same condition as received if exercising the 14-day trial or returns policy.

Squealing Pig Guitars will not refund shipping costs unless the instrument is faulty or significantly not as described

The condition of the guitar remains the customer’s responsibility until received back in our showroom
