This 2019 BFR Luke III in Shadow Gold is a standout limited edition, with only 65 units made worldwide. The Shadow Gold finish is simply stunning, offering a high-end sparkle that truly makes this guitar shine on stage or in a collection. Ben is particularly impressed by the roasted maple neck and ebony fingerboard combination, which not only adds visual elegance but also enhances the guitar’s playability and sustain. According to Ben, the DiMarzio pickups are extremely versatile, offering everything from warm cleans to high-output rock tones, with the HSS configuration delivering plenty of tonal variety. He also noted how the solid mahogany body provides a rich, resonant sound with strong mids that cut through the mix.
 
Condition Report:
The guitar is in excellent condition, with only very slight polish swirling on the back, barely noticeable unless inspected closely. It comes with its original case and all paperwork, including the COA. Given the rarity of this edition and the exceptional build quality, it’s not just a great player’s guitar but also a sound investment for any serious collector.
