This is an absolutely killer Horizon III and one of the more unusual Original Series finishes to come out of ESP Japan. Twinkle Pink gives the guitar huge visual presence, especially against the white-bound ebony board and gold hardware, while the elongated Horizon III body shape makes it feel far more exotic than a conventional superstrat.

The pickup set is particularly interesting. Rather than using standard production models, this has Seymour Duncan Custom Shop hybrid designs at both positions. The ’59/Jazz Hybrid in the neck should retain plenty of clarity and articulation while still sounding full, while the JB/Custom Hybrid in the bridge gives a more aggressive and powerful response without losing definition. The coil-split function adds another useful layer of versatility.

Neck-through construction, a 25.5" scale, 24 Jescar frets and Floyd Rose hardware make it a serious high-performance instrument, but the elaborate double-stripe inlays and gold appointments give it a much more luxurious feel than a typical metal-focused build. A rare and distinctive Japanese ESP with a genuinely special specification.
