This is a seriously attractive American Ultra Jazzmaster, with the Plasma Red Burst finish giving the offset shape a much more dramatic, modern look than the usual vintage colours. Paired with the maple neck and board, it has a clean and contemporary appearance while still retaining the unmistakable Jazzmaster silhouette.

The Ultra series brings a much more modern playing specification to the platform. The Modern D neck, 10"–14" compound radius and medium-jumbo frets make it noticeably easier for bends and lead work than a traditional vintage-radius Jazzmaster, while the locking tuners and upgraded tremolo setup improve stability and everyday usability.

The Ultra Noiseless Jazzmaster pickups retain the broad, open and slightly scooped character associated with the model while reducing unwanted hum. The additional S-1 switching also expands the tonal range beyond the standard offset layout, making this a much more versatile instrument than a strict vintage reissue.

A very polished modern Jazzmaster with strong ergonomics, useful contemporary upgrades and one of the more striking finishes from the American Ultra range.

Excellent condition. Presents very cleanly overall with only light signs of careful use consistent with age. No significant wear or damage to mention. Supplied with its original Fender Deluxe moulded hardshell case and associated documentation.
