This is a particularly attractive American Ultra Strat, with the Plasma Red Burst finish giving the guitar a much more dramatic look than the more traditional solid-colour options. The burst has loads of depth under the light, while the maple neck and board keep the whole guitar looking bright, clean and modern.

The Ultra series was designed as Fender’s high-spec modern American platform, and the playing specification reflects that. The Modern D neck, 10"–14" compound radius and medium-jumbo frets make it noticeably quicker and more forgiving than a vintage-style Strat, while the locking tuners and 2-point tremolo give it the tuning stability and practicality expected from a contemporary professional instrument.

The Ultra Noiseless Vintage pickups retain the familiar Strat clarity, chime and in-between tones while reducing unwanted hum, and the S-1 switching adds extra pickup combinations without cluttering the control layout. A very polished all-round Strat that keeps the traditional Fender character while adding genuinely useful modern refinements.
