A seriously mean-looking Tele with a huge tonal range. The Seth Lover neck pickup adds creamy midrange and bite, while the Crushed Blackguard bridge snarls with all the snap and punch you’d expect from a Custom Shop. The neck carve is bold and vintage-feeling — ideal for players who want something with substance in the hand.Spec wise, there is a lot to like here. The 2-piece select ash body should keep things lively and snappy, whilst the rift sawn maple neck with the custom fat V profile gives it a really strong vintage flavour in the hands. The 9.5" radius and taller fret wire are exactly the sort of changes that make these Custom Shop Fenders feel easier and more practical to play without losing the old-school character. The Eric Clapton Masterbuilt pickups are also a great touch- standard Noisless@ custom wound, and help make this one feel that bit more special than a standard relic Strat.
