The '51 Nocaster is one of those Custom Shop models that always makes sense. It is about as pure as the Tele formula gets, and that is exactly why they are so good. Ash body, big maple neck, simple control layout and a proper Nocaster pickup set gives you all the snap, bite and immediacy people want from an early blackguard-style Fender. The Tobacco Burst finish makes this one a bit more unusual as well. It still feels vintage and raw, but it has a slightly dressier look than the standard blonde route, which really suits a relic Nocaster. A very cool Custom Shop Tele and a great example of why these remain so popular.

Excellent condition. The relic wear is factory correct as part of the original Custom Shop build. Aside from the intentional ageing, it presents very cleanly overall and remains a very attractive example.
