This is a very cool Custom Shop Jazzmaster and a spec that feels a little more elevated than the usual vintage-style formula. The Swamp Burst finish with the matching headstock and gold anodised guard gives it a really distinctive look — still classic Fender underneath, but with a more custom, almost one-off feel to it. I also like the spec balance here. The 2-piece alder body and slab rosewood board should keep that warm, airy Jazzmaster character intact, while the 9.5" radius and medium vintage fret wire make it a more practical player than a super strict old-school reissue. The hand-wound flat magnet Jazzmaster pickups are exactly the sort of detail you want to see too, because that is a big part of where the proper Jazzmaster voice comes from. It should have that wide, open, slightly woody thing these do so well, but with the Custom Shop edge in feel and finish. A really tasteful build.

Excellent condition. Factory Journeyman Relic ageing is present as part of the original Custom Shop spec. Aside from the intentional ageing, it presents very cleanly overall with only light signs of handling and use.
