The Dual Mag II Strat is one of the most impressive modern Custom Shop builds Fender has released in recent years. It offers classic looks with modern refinement, and this super heavy relic version in Seafoam Green just oozes character. The relic job is seriously convincing—checking, wear, and hardware aging done to perfection.
The Dual Mag II pickups are designed for enhanced balance and dynamic response, with slightly staggered magnets and tailored output for each position. You get sweet chime in the neck, punch and clarity in the middle, and that signature Strat bark in the bridge—all while remaining exceptionally articulate.
The ‘60s Oval “C” neck profile paired with narrow tall frets and a 9.5” radius feels broken-in and effortless to play, and the rosewood board adds a warm, rounded edge to the overall tone.
If you want a Strat that feels like it’s done a thousand gigs—but without the wear and tear of someone else’s sweat—this is the one.
Condition Report:
This 2022 Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster is new old stock, imported directly from our overseas supplier and never previously owned. The relic finish is factory-applied, with no playwear beyond the intended aging.
The frets are untouched, hardware is clean (aged as per spec), and the setup is spot-on with low action and smooth feel. Electronics work flawlessly.
