This Limited Edition ’61 Reissue Super Heavy Relic is a true showpiece of Fender Custom Shop artistry — a guitar that looks like it’s seen six decades of stage wear yet feels like a brand-new boutique build. The Black over Sunburst finish is breathtaking, with deep checking, authentic lacquer wear, and edge burn-throughs that perfectly capture that “road warrior” aesthetic of a genuine vintage Strat.
Underneath the relic treatment lies premium craftsmanship. The roasted alder body enhances resonance and stability, producing a warm, punchy tone with plenty of sustain.
