This is a seriously characterful Fender Custom Shop Strat and one of the most aggressive factory-aged builds from the 2021 limited-edition collection. The Aged Olympic White finish has received the full Super Heavy Relic treatment, with extensive lacquer checking, worn edges and large areas of exposed timber creating the appearance of a genuinely hard-used vintage instrument. The black pickguard and dark rosewood board complete a classic late-’60s-inspired colour combination, while the roasted maple neck adds a more unusual high-end element beneath the vintage styling.

The Hand-Wound Poblano pickup set is a major part of the appeal. These are known for offering a hotter and more muscular interpretation of the traditional Strat sound, retaining the familiar clarity and response while adding stronger mids and greater authority when driven. The substantial Large C neck, AAA rosewood fingerboard and 9.5" radius give it a comfortable vintage-inspired feel without being overly restrictive.
