These Wildwood Coronados are some of the coolest oddball vintage Fenders out there. They have that unmistakable late-'60s look, but the dyed beechwood body makes each one feel far more distinctive than a standard production hollow body. I really like them because they sit in their own lane — airy, quirky, and stylish, but still unmistakably Fender. The Coronado II is the one to have for many people as well, with the twin pickup layout, block inlays, and slightly dressier look. This one has a brilliant visual presence, and the Wildwood grain gives it that almost one-off character that makes these so collectible and fun.
