Personal Thoughts:
The YJM Strat is one of Fender’s most finely tuned signature instruments — not just for Malmsteen fans, but for anyone who wants a high-performance Strat with real vintage character. The scalloped fingerboard turns even the lightest vibrato into expressive phrasing, and combined with the brass nut, jumbo frets and YJM Fury pickups, this guitar has a level of clarity and attack that immediately stands out.
The 2024 Vintage White finish looks fantastic in person — classic late-’70s/early-’80s Yngwie aesthetic. The neck carve is surprisingly comfortable too: a soft, fast “C” that feels broken in from the factory.
As a like-new, unplayed example, this is essentially a fresh-out-of-the-box signature Strat — a perfect option for collectors or players wanting a factory-clean YJM.
