Personal Thoughts:
One of the finest examples of a J-200 we’ve had in for a while — especially at this age. The figured maple back and sides are lovely, with flame that catches the light beautifully. Tonally, it's everything you'd expect: bold, rich lows, shimmering highs, and loads of dynamic presence — perfect for strummers and singer-songwriters. A true statement piece both sonically and visually.
Condition Report:
Excellent condition — astonishingly clean for a 15-year-old acoustic. One or two tiny marks if you really hunt for them, but no cracks or repairs. Frets are immaculate, and it's been extremely well cared for.
