The Trini Lopez is the hidden gem of the Gibson semi-hollow lineup—and this 2023 Custom Shop reissue is one of the finest. Finished in an eye-popping Pelham Blue, it’s got vintage looks with all the modern refinements under the hood. The diamond-shaped f-holes and inlays give it that unique edge, while the Custombuckers deliver pure vintage tone—open, woody, and articulate.
The medium C neck is just right—not too chunky, not too slim—and paired with the long tenon neck joint and hide glue construction, this guitar rings out beautifully. It’s light, perfectly balanced, and a serious head-turner in any collection.
