Personal Thoughts:
This is one of the most unique signature Les Pauls Gibson has ever put out. The chambered body gives it a lightweight feel with incredible resonance, and the Pearly Gates pickups absolutely scream with that signature Texas blues-rock bite. No toggle switch means it’s wired Billy’s way—straightforward and hot-rodded for tone chasers.
Visually, the hand-done pinstriping is a knockout. Whether you’re a ZZ Top fan or just love unique Goldtops, this is a killer piece of playable art. Only 150 VOS examples were made, and you’ll rarely find one in this condition.
 
Condition Report:
Excellent. Minor signs of handling, but no notable damage. Frets are clean, setup is spot-on, and the guitar is all original. Light patina on hardware as expected from the VOS finish, but nothing outside of spec. Collector-worthy.
