Condition Report: Plays well with low action and optimal neck relief; the guitar is currently set up with 12 gauge light acoustic strings. The frets are narrow and tall with no evident wear to the frets. Cosmetically the guitar is also in Excellent+ Condition with no noticeable dings or dents - extremely well looked after! One minor impression to the back of the neck but otherwiseas clean as they come.
