An ES330 is a different animal from an ES335. Fully hollow with no centre block, twin f holes and a thinline laminated body, it is lighter, more acoustic in the hand and more feedback prone under gain, which is exactly why players who want that airy, woody single coil hollow body voice chase them.

This one wears a naturally faded sunburst that has softened with age rather than looking freshly sprayed, with black covered P90s, a bound black guard, gold top hat knobs and a Tuneomatic on a trapeze. The cream button Kluson style tuners and original hardcase complete the vintage picture. At 6 lb 4.3 oz it is a joyfully light guitar to wear for a long set.

P90s on a fully hollow thinline give you that mid forward bark and bloom that a humbucker ES335 never quite matches. Clean, it is warm and woody with sparkle on the edge of the note. Driven, it takes grit earlier and sits in a mix in a way solid centre block guitars do not. The dual volume and tone layout with the 3 way toggle makes it easy to voice each pickup or blend them.

Supplied with its original hardcase. A proper vintage ES330 for players who want hollow body feel and P90 character rather than a semi hollow compromise.

Excellent condition. Presents very cleanly overall for its age, with natural fade to the sunburst and the soft, even wear you would expect on an older guitar, including light ageing to the back, sides and neck. No significant damage or issues to mention. Supplied with original hardcase.
