Patrick James Eggle’s reputation as a modern master is well earned, and this Macon Singlecut makes the case loud and clear. The Island Blue Burst over quilted maple is breathtaking, and the tone is every bit as refined as the finish. The Fat C neck carve is full in the hand but never cumbersome, and the Mojo pickups bring warmth, punch, and a boutique edge that’s impossible to replicate in mass-produced instruments. A standout in any collection.
