Personal Thoughts:
This is one of those rare tops that makes you do a double take—how this didn’t get the 10-Top stamp is anyone’s guess. The figuring is deep, lively, and beautifully symmetrical, easily matching (or beating) many marked 10-Tops we’ve seen. Combined with the rich Denim Blue finish, it absolutely pops in person.
Tonally, the 85/15 pickups are powerful yet articulate, making this a killer all-rounder—from glassy cleans to saturated modern lead tones. The Pattern Thin neck profile adds speed and comfort without sacrificing substance, and the Gen III tremolo keeps things rock solid.
If you’re after Custom 24 excellence without the 10-Top price tag, this is an absolute steal.
