The ebony fingerboard adds a little extra snap and top-end response, giving it a crisp edge to balance the warmth of the mahogany body.
 
Tonally, the DGT pickups are one of the best-kept secrets in the PRS world—clear, dynamic, and expressive with a really touch-sensitive response. You can dig in or play softly and the guitar just reacts. The dual volume setup also lets you blend pickups in a more nuanced way than your average 3-way toggle guitar.
