Cobalt Smokeburst is one of those PRS finishes that does the talking for you. Deep blue at the edges bleeding into teal blue through the middle over a real flame maple 10 Top, with rosewood birds and nickel hardware keeping the look classic rather than flashy. It photographs well and looks even better under shop lights.

This is the McCarty platform, not a 594: mahogany body with the violin carve, set Pattern neck, bone nut and a stoptail. Pattern is the fuller PRS carve with more shoulder than Pattern Thin, so it feels substantial in the hand without tipping into a baseball bat. At 7 lb 2.7 oz it is a comfortable weight for a carved top McCarty.

Twin nickel covered PRS humbuckers with cream rings, volume, tone and a 3 way toggle keep the electronics simple and musical. Clean positions are clear and woody; under gain you get the mid push and harmonic grit that makes a McCarty such a useful studio and stage guitar. Hang tag dated 5/11/22 confirms the 2022 Pattern 10 Top build.

Complete with PRS hardshell case, manuals, accessories and the original hang tag. A Cobalt Smokeburst 10 Top for players who want classic McCarty geometry with a finish that stands out from the usual cherry and tobacco bursts.

Excellent condition. Presents very cleanly overall with only light signs of careful use consistent with age. No significant damage or issues to mention on the top, back, neck, rosewood board or hardware. Supplied with the PRS hardshell case, manuals and hang tag.
