The Ziricote fingerboard and appointments add a luxurious touch, elevating the visual appeal of this already jaw-dropping guitar.
Equipped with 58/15 LT (Low Turn) pickups, this McCarty 594 delivers a warm, vintage-inspired tone that Ben really enjoyed. The “LT” in the pickups stands for “Low Turn,” meaning the coils have fewer windings, which results in a lower output but a much more nuanced, articulate sound. According to Ben, these pickups are fantastic for getting that sweet, clear vintage tone with just the right amount of grit when driven, making it a highly versatile setup.
