Personal Thoughts:
This SC-250 is a cut above the usual with its special order quilt top, which gives it an almost Private Stock vibe at a fraction of the price. The Scarlet Red finish really pops against the quilt and makes this one stand out from most of the standard SC-250s you’ll come across.
Tonally, it’s every bit the powerhouse it was designed to be—tight, aggressive, and focused with excellent note clarity. It’s an ideal blend of PRS refinement with a more muscular, rock-forward voice. The Wide Fat neck and 25" scale feel instantly familiar, and the hardware is solid and smooth.
If you're after a gig-worthy PRS that’s a little rarer and a lot classier than the average, this is a great pick.
Condition Report:
Very close to mint with only a few tiny pinprick marks that are barely visible unless you’re examining it closely under direct light. No notable wear on the frets or hardware. A clean, exceptional example of a rare SC-250 spec.
