Personal Thoughts:
The Silver Sky has earned its reputation because it really does feel like more than just another S-style. It has that familiar vintage-inspired format, but the neck shape, fretboard radius, trem and pickup set all give it its own feel and voice. The Moc Sand Satin finish is a cool colour as well, and the satin finish suits the guitar nicely because it gives it a slightly more understated, broken-in look than a full gloss version. The 635JM pickups are a big part of the appeal too, keeping plenty of clarity and chime while still sounding a bit fuller and smoother than a more traditional bright Strat setup. A very strong USA PRS and a great option for someone wanting a high-end bolt-on with a slightly more refined feel.
 
Condition Report:
Very good condition. This one has clearly been played, with impressions, a few small knocks and scratches present from use. Nothing out of the ordinary, just an honest, played-in example.
