Personal Thoughts:
This is #6 from the limited "Dirty Dozen" run—a small-batch, Wood Library series from PRS where only 12 Custom 22s were made, each featuring elevated tonewoods, finishes, and specs. This example is fitted with a gorgeous quilted maple top, a dark ebony fretboard, and a wide thin neck carve that feels effortlessly fast and balanced.
The 53/10 pickups are articulate, vintage-voiced, and incredibly musical—ideal for players who want clarity and punch with the kind of tonal control PRS is famous for. The tremolo is silky smooth and stable, and the charcoal finish gives it a brooding, elegant edge. Signed by Paul Reed Smith on the headstock, it’s both a collector’s item and a stage-ready monster.
Condition Report:
Mint condition. No fretwear, top is clean and glossy. Comes with original PRS hard case and case candy.
