This is a beautifully specified Modern Antique that combines the familiar feel of a lightly aged instrument with the precision and performance Suhr is known for. The Vintage Yellow lacquer finish gives it plenty of vintage character, while the subtle aging keeps it tasteful rather than heavily worn. Paired with the roasted flame maple neck and fingerboard, it has a particularly classy appearance that balances classic styling with a more boutique feel.

The specification is extremely versatile. The SSV, V63 Plus and SSH Plus pickup combination covers warm neck humbucker tones, articulate single-coil sounds and a powerful bridge voice, while the push/pull neck split and blower switch expand the range even further. A compound-radius fingerboard, jumbo stainless-steel frets, locking tuners and Suhr two-post tremolo make it every bit as capable as a modern performance guitar.
