Personal Thoughts:
This is a killer Angel spec — understated until the light hits it, then the Fire Wakesurf finish explodes with depth. The quilt top is exactly what you’d expect from a hand-selected Anderson piece: tight, consistent and with that 3D movement they’re known for.
The Chocolate Maple neck with a rosewood board is a standout combo — warm, smooth and super stable, especially paired with the satin natural finish. Playability is classic Anderson: hyper precise, low action friendly, and fast without ever feeling thin or clinical.
Tonally the HC1 / HC2+ setup gives you everything from articulate cleans to serious modern punch. The Baby Floyd keeps things expressive but still stable for players who don’t want a full-sized unit dominating the instrument.
